My favorite service is sending and receiving money, international transfer, paying bills and buying load for my phone. our life becomes more easier by using contactless instant transactions using STC pay. To understand and discover more features I will walk you through to their amazing services.
How to register
1. Download in you apple store for Iphone & play Store for Android phone and Install.
2. Open the App Click NEXT until you reach the GETTING started.
3. Click GET started, enter your phone number and tap Continue.
4. A verification code will be send to your phone through SMS or message.
5. Enter the verification code that you received.
6. Fiil out your Iqama number and birth date, option to allow your location is up to you.
7. Enter your 6 digit passcode that you create and click confirm.
8. You will be ask to log in with fingerprint Click ENABLE.
9. Place your right pointer finger on the power button of your phone.
10. You will be ask to allow access to your contact, up to you if you allow or Not.
11. Congratulations your all set you can now use the STC pay service.
STC pay most used Services
1. ADD MONEY
This feature will let you add money to your STC pay account if you have Bank Account here in Saudi Arabia by using 3 options:
- Debit or Credit Card
Click ADD money , Debit or Credit CArd, Enter Amount, Enter CArd Number, NAme of CArd holder, Expitation Date & CVV (3 Numers) can be found on the back of ATM card, Click Continue, check the amount and details if correct, click CONTINUE, wait for verification code from the BAnk, enter the code and submit.
2. Bank Transfer
You can tranfer money to your STC from selected BAnks ONLY. As of this writing only ANB and RIYAD bank are among partners BAnk.
3. Sadad instant Payments
Click Sadad payments and check your Sadad ID number. Log in to your bank online and pay via sadad using the ID and sadad biller NAme.
2. TRANSFER to contact
You can transfer money to your contact who has STC pay registered in their phone.
Click Tranfer to contact, Slect the name of contact in your phone, Input the amount you want to transfer, purpose, then confirm. You can also transfer to unsaved phone number. Check the name of person if its correct and the phone number before sending.
3. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
My most favorite service,
Click INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER , ADD New recipient (if you will send to this person for the first time), Input Name of the beneficiary, Country, relationship and delivery option ( WESTERN UNION CASH PICK UP, TRANSFER TO BANK ACCOUNT, TRANSFER TO A MOBILE WALLET or DIRECT TO CEBUANA)
select preference for delivery. Click CONTINUE ( If you choose Bank transfer Fill Out the BAnk NAme and Account NUmber) Select Currency ( Philippine PESO or US Dollar) You will be ask by receiver’s nationality and age, click Continue, you will receive a call from STC confirming your beneficiary follow the instruction, your beneficiary was added you can now send money.
Check the beneficiary name list and click transfer money, you can choose the amount (Saudi Riyal or PEso), Input the amount , check the box agree the terms and condtions, then click CONTINUE, check the details and click CONFIRM. a notification that transaction was successful.
To check the Status of Your transfer Click MY transfer ( On process – not yet received; Transfer Completed-received; PAID – received)
4. LOCAL BANK TRANSFER
You can trasfer money from your STC pay wallet to other local banks in KSA, however the recipient will receive the money during banking hours not instantly. Click LOCAL BANK TRANSFER, click TRANSFER TO NEW BENEFICIARY IF FIRST TIME FOR YOU TO SEND THE MONEY TO THE RECIPIENT, Fill out the amount, Beneficiary name, IBAN, purpose, check save beneficiary name, confirm the transaction.
5. PAY STC BILLS and recharge STC number
You can pay your internet bills and recharge your STC number using this service.
Click PAY STC BILLS if you want to pay yor internet or other STC bills click POST paid and enter your STC Account Number,Click pay.
If you want to recharge Click Prepaid, fill out your STC number and choose recharge, select the amount you want to recharge then click pay.
6 .REQUEST money
You can request money from your contact by clicking REQUEST MONEY, Choose Contact fill out the amount you want to request from them, they will reply to you by sending the amount you have requested.
7. PAY WITH QR CODE
. You can pay on partner stores accepting STC pay by scanning your QR code in your phone.
Click PAY WITH QR CODE, let the cashier to scan your QR code.
8. BUSINESS PAYMENTS
You can pay online to STC partners.
