Steps on how to apply dataflow verification to mumaris + and Saudi Council for Health Specialties
1. Open Dataflow website click the link https://www.dataflowgroup.com/about-us/who-we-are/
2. On the upper menu, click Primary source verification services
3. To start your application choose the industry that applies to your profession or documents to be verified
- Healthcare – click this if you belong to this industry for example nurses, doctors, medtech/laboratory technician & etc which belong to health care.
- Community Development – for social services documents
- Finance, banking and accountancy- NASBA International Evaluation Services
- Manpower Staffing – Ministry of Manpower -Singapore
- Science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM)- partners with OMAN, Bahrain and Kuwait engineering regulatory board
- Education- Ministry of Education UAE & aequo-international

4 Then Click SCFHS:. 
5. Click APPLY NOW
6. Start by entering your email on the field provided, check the box agree for terms & conditions, then Click confirm
7. You have registered successfully. Go to your email to complete the registration by clicking the link provided.
8. Type your password on the box provided,
9. Log in using your email and password.Click Start Application for new applicants, you may click other options if you had started your verification earlier.
10. Select Authority name – for health care applicants working in KSA select SCFHS
11. If you are a new applicant, please follow the image:
Please choose your profession in the sub Category.

12. If you are an old applicant and want to add a document on the old dataflow verification
On the application type choose Additional and see the image below:
Fill out your data flow case number and passport number you use on your first verification. See your previous report for the data you need, then submit.
13. Select option packages on the lower part of the page, you have 3 choices, it’s up to you to choose what you need.
a. Education and Health License will cost you 500 SR, please see image below
b. Education, health license, employment will cost you 800 SR, please image below:

14. Click Submit
15. Input your facility name, agree to the terms and conditions and click next
16. Upload your passport. If the system can not scan your passport, fill out your information and upload it manually.
Tips that will allow you to upload your passport easily:
- Use JPEG, JPG or PNG format
- Maximum of 4 MB
- The image must of the passport details page only.
- The image must be clear and easily read
- The passport must be flat, with good light and no reflections
- No fingers or other items holding the edges of the passport
- Data flow recommends the use of scanning apps.
17. Generate OTP by filling out your mobile number in the box. Enter your OTP.
18. Prepare all the documents needed for verification
, fill out correctly and upload needed documents. Skip the portion that you don’t need. For example”, you pay only for education and health license, SKIP the employment part, or if you have already verified your PRC skip the health license part.

19. Verify all details- Check correctly,Prepare all the documents needed for verification, your documents and details you input on your verification.
20. Download letter of authorization, print and sign
21. Upload the signed authorization
22. Submit and pay.
23. Wait for your verification results.

The verification team will verify your COE according to the date it was written, the report will remark until date, However if you are not presently working at the institution, starting date and end of employment should be stated on your COE. Good day, thank you for reaching us. Yes, you are right this is the new regulations released last Nov. 4, 2022. If you are new applicant, you should apply for dataflow first and apply for classification to the Saudi Council for approval, after which they will give you an eligibility number to take the Prometric exam. You can check with the agency or employer after getting the eligibility number if they allow you to be deployed and take the exam here in Saudi Arabia, other employers may not allow especially private hospitals.Good luck.

Hi, good day, You should create your MUMARIS account and apply for the classification process. A Diploma in nursing assistant is a must with dataflow verification. If, during application for classification your qualification or school name does not appear, apply for qualification study first. Hope it helps.
I would like to ask my coe is private duty nurse in a private individual not in a homecare/company, in dataflow it is asking regarding the official letterhead and hr/admin department on the coe.. the issued coe to me by the family of my employer doesn’t have a letterhead and was signed only by the family. How can i proceed with my dataflow
Good day, the private individual employer is not accepted, if you are under an agency, ask your agent to give you the COE you needed. Should have letterhead, start & an end date of employment and signature of admin with email & phone number in the certificate. The result will be unverified if you can not provide the documents they need, and will have a negative impact on your application.
